So my TriDot story. I have a degree, my bachelors was triathlon focused... My degree is in Exercise & Sports Science. I went to Texas State to be on the Triathlon Team. I was President/ Coach/ Mentor/ Race Director... I took PE swimming, biking, running... I took REC Programming and created the Schlitterbahn Kids Tri as a class... Near graduation, I went to USA Triathlon Coaches Certification and also Race Directors Cert when they first came out...Served on the USA Triathlon South Mid-West REgional Board as Collegiate Chair...I wanted my career to be as a coach and race director... BUT, like in the Matrix Clip below, I felt like I was in a prison, I did not have the confidence in coaching...

I value honesty and trust... Looking back, my lack of confidence in my coaching is because every time I tried to understand writing training programs or understanding what athletes needed to be their best. I felt like I was lying to them. I could not see the full truth/ all the data and reference points...Just like TriDot Jeff said in his podcast, I could not honestly coach people on trial and error like so many coaches I know.

This is why TriDot made total sense to me when I was introduced to it. TriDot coaches the data while I coach the person the athlete. TriDot is here now and I just ask you to trust it as you trust me and you will reach your goals like you never have...

Like the Matrix, Triathlon training is very complex, a lot of inputs and outputs. Tridot gives us a better perspective, a dashboard, to measure your fitness and progress. Combined with my experience, we will plug you into the Matrix of triathlon and beyond!

Matrix (Coaching was a thorn in my mind before Tridot)
