The page is to promote health and fitness through activity, healthy eating, and healthy living to the PLUS!

Why Nick to the Plus? Well, a few years back I guess you can say I went through my “mid-life-crisis”. You can find some of the details on my nicktotheplus.com blog, but I was pretty down and out in many aspects of life. I had a challenge to face and I decided to go about it in a “positive” manner or to the PLUS. Through life and this hardship I have had experiences gathered resources and developed community to help me along. I want to share and help others by growing and contributing- Live to the PLUS!

This a closed group for you to be free to put your wildest dreams out there! What have you always felt you are here on this earth to do? What have you always wanted to do, but haven't gotten around to yet? Are you ready to LIVE YOUR DREAM! What is holding you back? How can we as a group help? How can we overcome challenges, create a plan and keep each other accountable?!!!
